Welcome to Smoke Heaven. These terms govern your use of our website and your conduct as a customer at our physical location in Richmond, TX.

1. No Online Sales / No Shipping

  • In-Store Only: Smoke Heaven does not currently offer online ordering or shipping. All products must be purchased and picked up in person at our retail location.
  • Inventory: Website listings are for informational purposes. In-store availability may vary.

2. Age Requirement & Identification

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase any products from Smoke Heaven.
  • A valid, physical government-issued ID is mandatory for every transaction. Digital copies or photos of IDs are not accepted.

3. Product Disclaimer & Use

  • FDA Disclosure: Products sold (including 7-OH and Kratom) are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA.
  • Assumption of Risk: By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you are aware of their nature and intended use. Smoke Heaven is not liable for misuse of products once they leave the premises.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once the product leaves the store. Please inspect your items at the counter before completing your purchase.

5. In-Store Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to failure to provide ID or disruptive behavior.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.
